The 16.3 release of SQL Server Management Studio comes with a host of new features and bug fixes for Microsoft Azure SQL Database, AlwaysEncrypted, PowerShell, and more. You may consider waiting until the next release of SQL Server Management Studio howerver due to some reported issues with this release.
