Managing policies in a workgroup environment

On page https://technet.microsoft.com/it-it/library/ee461027.aspx I see a limited number of cmdlets to manage Group Policy objects in a domain environment.

I need to manage local policies on clients member of a workgroup.

For example, I need to set the settings I can set manually while running gpedit.msc for the local computer.

Is there any additional cmdlet I can use?
