Looking for an Open Source Enterprise Job Scheduler that Executes PowerShell Scripts

I'm looking for an Open Source Enterprise Job Scheduler that executes PowerShell scripts. However, I haven't found anything useful with Google.

I'm looking for something like UC4, AutoSys, CA7, etc. that is not Java based. PowerShell works fine with Scheduled Tasks until I need a job dependency based on a remote machine. I also need a way to launch remote jobs. Although Unix is in our shop, I do not currently have the need for Unix job dependencies.

Can anyone point me to any leads?
