Using gmail .NET libraries with Powershell?

Good Evening all,

I am using Powershell Studio 2015 to make GUIs with Powershell and wondered if it was possible to use the Gmail .NET libraries with it?

If not I will just use Visual Studio with C# but would be good if I could solely use Powershell Studio 2015.
