Installing PowerShell 4

I apologize for the very basic question.

On 2 Windows Server 2008 R2 servers I have PowerShell 2.0 installed by default.

In order to install PowerShell and ISE 4.0 I downloaded the file Windows6.1-KB2819745-x64-MultiPkg.msu from the "Windows Management Framework 4.0" site.

I executed it but I still see PowerShell 2.

Am I missing any relevant step?
