output specific information from psping using powershell

Hello,

I am trying to write a script to output specific information from a psping (sysinternals), specifically the Minimum, Average and Max response times to a csv file.

Wondering if anyone has ever done this, also the reason I am trying to use psping is because I would like a more accurate result instead of rounding up or down and wanting to ping a specific port. 

Also open to alternatives.
