Hello experts. I think one of you may have this script laying around somewhere so I thought I would ask. I am downloading a copy of oui.txt from the IEEE. The file format seems quirky in spots. While I am basically familiar with PowerShell, I am not quite that good. Sometimes the blocks of vendors will have five lines whereas others may have six. An example of what this file looks like is below this text.
00-00-28 (hex) PRODIGY SYSTEMS CORPORATION

What I am looking to do is to import the text into a database. I would like to format these entries like this:
00-00-2B,00002B,5160 BLAZER PARKWAY,DUBLIN,OH,43017,UNITED STATES
Anyone here have some ideas?
