Powershell script for sending a file via bluetooth

I'd like to write a Powershell script to transfer a specific file from my Windows 8 laptop to my Android phone via bluetooth.
I often edit my todo list (text file) on my laptop when I'm on the road (often without internet access)
 and I want an easy way to send this file to my phone via bluetooth. My laptop and Android phone are already paired via bluetooth.
To do this manually requires many clicks and steps.
