Distribuiting Powershell scripts

I need to make a PowerShell script ron on several PCs, but I realize that I must check that Powershell (what version?) is available on every PC and (as my scripts interact with a VMware environment) install PowerCLI as well.

Is there any way to convert a Powershell script to an .exe file or to anything simpler to deploy?
