seach and copy files from selected subfolder

Hi,

We had some performance issue while looking for files in a folder(Archive) which have more than 600000 subfolders.

Daily these subfolder get created and we want to look for files inside those subfolder which are created in this year (2014).

there are only around 30000 subfodler created in 2014. is there any way to direct get-childtimes cmd to search files only in subfolder created in 2014.
