Capturing CPU, RAM and Disk Utilization information

Hi,

I would like to capture CPU, RAM and Disk utilization on a couple of servers throughout the day. I am thinking of writing this to a CSV file each server. At the end of the month I'd like to combine this information to report on the CPU, RAM and Disk used over the month, and perhaps put it into HTML with a chart.

I would appreciate any assistance with this, thanks in advance!
