NetTCPIP Module Server 2008 r2

I have install the .net Framework 4.5.1 and the .net Managment Framework 4 on a Server 2008 r2. The add of the mnagment framework make that the version of Powershell jump to 2 at 4. So ok. i can see that with the $host.version command.

But the NetTCPIP Module is still not availabe

Is it possible to get it on 2008 r2 ? How ??
