How to control citrix launched applications using powershell

Hi,

I wrote a powershell script which will create an IE object and open up citrix URL in it and login.After logging into the citrix site, I am launching internet explorer application. Now I need to provide username and password into the browser opened from citrix applications.How can we do that?
