Send multiple of same email

Hi 

Just a real quick one, cant figure out how to do it probably going to be an If function so..

I need a script that uses a variable to send X amount of emails. Not to multiple recipients, but just that one email. 

For example id set variables: emailBody, mailMessage, emailSubject etc.

I've also set a variable sendAmount

Its this variable i want to state for example 10. Then that is how many times the email is sent to my recipient.
