Active Directory Group members

I am new to PS.  I recently had to get the user names in multiple groups.  I was able to use the simple PS command to find the nested groups.  And then use another PS command to get the users in the group.  How do I create a script which allows me to find the nested groups, find th eusers in the nested group and also the actual names.
