Modify registry value on list of computers

Hi

Can anyone please help me with a powershell script that can modify registry key on a list of remote computers and export the results to csv? Basically, I need to modify a product name in add/remove programs list. The script needs to ping the list of computers, modify the registry value and export all results to csv.
