Powershell and Hardware firmware version

Hello,

I'm looking for a way to generate an output of the hardware firmware version of devices: 

NIC
ILO
Disk Array
motherboard
etc....

I assume using the Get-WmiObject will get me there but from there I am lost.  Suggestions?
Please forgive my lack of PS knowledge.
