Here's a background for what I'm trying to do.
* Dispatchers get a call, and hand it off to team of techs
* Need those techs to get a notification on screen that a call is transferred to the call queue so techs know to check it
* We have multiple teams that they might route to
What I am looking for is some kind of one button thing the dispatchers can hit that will basically send a banner or popup message to every computer on that team being sent the message. I'm not a big fan of popup messages as they are small and when having 4 monitors, they might not see the message. My thought is to have something that either pops up on all monitors or have some kind of banner that shows on any given part of each monitor or somehow open IE as a frame and direct that to a website that has the alert with HTML code to do the work. The alert can either go away after 30 seconds or so or have a button to close it out.
Any thoughts, assistance? Thank you in advance.
