crating folder and removing files

Hi,

I have a lot of logg files in a certain folder. The files creates every day. I need a script that create a folder every day. The name of the folders should be current date. Then the script shoul move the fles to the folder that has the same date as the files. At last the script removes the folders that are older that 10 days. Does any body have a such script?
