powershell not installing

Hi all,

im trying to install wmf 4.0 (powershell 4.0) on my computer.

I currently have version 2 running on windows 7 sp1 with .net 4.5.

I am getting the error message "the update is not applicable to your computer" when i try to install.

but it never asked for reboot and did not install it.

Any one came accross the same problem.
