Uninstalling non-Windows hotfixes

Using Get-HotFix or wmic only shows Windows hotfixes.  If you have, for example, .Net or MS Office hotfixes, these tools do not see them.   Non-windows updates cannot be uninstalled using WUSA.exe.  

There was a script made that was able to look at the registry to view all the hotfixes: http://powershell.com/cs/forums/t/13208.aspx

I would like to know how you can uninstall a non-windows hotfix.  Thanks.
