Powershell and Scheduled task

I've a command file that starts a powershell script. This command works fine when I run it in a command box on a windows 2008 R2 server. I can see it because it create a log file.

When I add this command as a scheduled tasks. It runs and doesn't give an error back (return code is 0x0).

But it seems that my powershell didn't do anything. I don't see my logfile. The use to run has full control over the log directory and has rights 'Log on as batch".

Can't find out what the problem is.

Can anybody help me out with this? Thanks
